Why us: we run spas ourselves
Mike Szwed is an operator of multiple spas, including Live Colder Recovery in Scottsdale. Practice Without Walls was built from that operator seat — installing programs online for practice owners who want to grow past one location without opening another door.

How the fee works
Our fee is a flat monthly draw, and every dollar of it is credited against the percentage we take on collected program cash. If the program doesn't collect, we don't earn the performance side.
Partner (default close): $2,500/month draw, fully credited against 15% of collected program cash (20% on collections above $30k/month). Draw is still owed even if collections are zero.
Practice (anchor): $5,000/month flat, no performance piece.
Who this is for / not for
For: practice owners / co-owners (and partners) doing roughly $750k+/yr from one location, with a paid program or actively planning one — especially dietitians, nutritionists, wellness coaches, functional/integrative (non-prescribing), therapy packages/groups, and weight-loss non-prescribing.
Not for: practices with no program and no plan to build one; people only researching; roles outside ownership/partner/manager without an owner on the call.

Do you take clinical decisions?
No. Clinical delivery stays inside each practitioner's license. Design keeps the clinician in the chair for clinical decisions.
Is this for prescribing practices (TRT, GLP-1, MD, PT)?
Those niches can book; until fee-splitting legal clears Partner, the setter pitches Practice $5k flat only.
